Sofia — Bansko transfer with Traventuria: The latecomer test passed! ⛷️
We landed, got caught up with our luggage, and missed our bus by 20 minutes. The bus, like true professionals, left strictly on time. We thought we were totally stranded... But the support team put themselves in our shoes and got us onto the next shuttle absolutely for FREE! A couple of hours of waiting, a couple of hours on the road — and we are up in the mountains, in Bansko!
A massive shoutout to Maria from the rental department. She picked out such perfect ski brands for us that the riding turned into pure thrill. Maria, you are our hero! Traventuria, thank you for the human touch and the killer gear. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts!

Do not book with this company.
They changed my departure time twice after payment, then bounced me between three different WhatsApp contacts and email when I asked for an explanation.
Since the service I booked was no longer being provided at the agreed time, I asked what my options were. Instead of answering my questions, they referred me to a cancellation policy stating that customer cancellations are non-refundable.
Traventuria changed the service, yet the burden was placed on the customer. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not book with them again.

We rented our ski equipment from Traveturia and also used their shuttle service — both were excellent.
We arrived earlier than expected, and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The shuttle service was especially convenient: a direct pick-up from Sofia Airport to our hotel, and back again at the end of the trip.
We'll definitely be booking with them again next year!

After being disappointed by a handful of local spots in a bustling market full of options, I stumbled upon this little nugget of a place. Booking with them was like finding a golden nugget in a crowded sea of mediocrity. What a refreshing surprise! They’ve got top-notch equipment and customer service that shines brighter than the rest. They were incredibly accommodating, completely restoring my faith in Bansko board hire.
I’d recommend them with all my heart—they’re a rare find worth rooting for. In fact, I was so impressed that I rebooked and even extended my trip, thanks in large part to the stellar gear hire experience they delivered.
2nd year not so good. Terrible board.
